Points earning

A registered member who spends at Meldrum House Country Hotel & Golf Course will be awarded reward points calculated at one point for every £1 spent on:

  1. Direct leisure bookings including:
    • Accommodation
    • General dining in the hotel including brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner
    • Private dining bookings for personal leisure only
  1. Pre-payments for room hire and future public events using our ResDiary platform including:
    • Private dome dining room hire
    • Private dome dining packages
    • Titan Sky Bar events
    • Meldrum House Ballroom events
  1. Voucher sales using our SK Chase® platform.
  • Points for voucher sales must be added manually by the hotel team.
  • You must reach out to us to request these points be added to your account.
  1. Corrections or compensations against past reservations including alternative payment cards.
  • Must be added manually by the hotel team after enquiry.

Points cannot be awarded for:

  1. Corporate bookings including but not limited to:
    • Residential conferences
    • Meetings and conferences
    • Charity events
    • Corporate events
  1. Accommodation rates booked through third party online sites including but not limited to:
    • Lastminute.com
    • Expedia / hotels.com
    • Trivago
    • Booking.com
  1. Wholesale and tour operator packages
  2. Weddings
  3. Golf membership subscriptions and golf course green fees

1 loyalty point = 5 pence.

Points are awarded on the same day of transaction and applied to your member account on receipt of payment, using your registered card on settlement of invoice, at the till or on receipt of payment of products and services. To earn points when buying a Meldrum House gift voucher, please contact the hotel directly. Only the cardholder can claim points earned. Points cannot be claimed by two different parties for the same booking. You will be sent a monthly e-statement informing you of your points balance. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a statement may not be sent where the member has not accumulated any points during the immediately preceding six months. A member may also find out how many points they have accumulated by checking their account on this website. If no points have been earned or reward redeemed for a period of 12 consecutive months, the account will be deemed to have lapsed. Once an account has lapsed all points accrued against your membership shall be forfeited and shall be closed. Points are not redeemable for cash and have no value unless presented for redemption in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Points cannot be back dated to prior to sign up date.

Meldrum House Rewards points earned for accommodation is restricted to guests who book and stay and therefore excludes bookings made on behalf of guests i.e. travel agencies and third party operators.


Bronze – Earn 200 points (£10 welcome points) when you register

Silver – 2500 points (£2500 spend achieved in 12 months after date of registration)

  • Complimentary bedroom upgrade (subject to availability)
  • Gin & Tonic on arrival when staying overnight

Gold – 5000 points (£5000 spend achieved in 12 months after date of registration)

  • Complimentary dome room hire on midweek days (Monday – Thursday dates only, excluding festive key dates and bank holidays)
  • Seasonal welcome sweet treat and a glass of Champagne on arrival when staying overnight
  • Access Exclusive Member Rate when you login to your account for 10% off best available rate for selected dates*. 

    *Member rate is subject to availability and not applicable to offers and packages.

      Redemption of reward voucher codes

      Members may exchange points by login to Meldrum House Rewards for voucher codes which can be used towards monetary and experience vouchers by requesting a voucher code online from this website, where a sufficient points balance permits. Once points have been exchanged for a voucher code, no refund will be available. Loyalty voucher codes are available in monetary denominations of £25, £50, £100 and experience vouchers listed on this website. Voucher codes will be delivered to your registered or nominated email address. Vouchers can be exchanged in part payment for accommodation, food and beverage and visitor golf, however the terms and conditions for the rate booked will apply. The loyalty voucher must be used within 9 months from date of issue in whole or part of any single transaction, where the value of the transaction is higher than the voucher denomination. Please quote voucher code number when booking or to a member of staff when settling your bill, or full payment will be required by cash, credit or debit card. Voucher codes feature a unique reference ID code and can only be redeemed once. Please provide a printed copy of your voucher to staff, when possible. Voucher codes cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. No refund of any part voucher value remaining will be issued. Services are subject to availability. A minimum points order value of 500 points (£25) applies. Bookings are subject to availability and advance booking via Reservations department is required for accommodation and some experience redemptions.

      Card Issue & Definition

      Only one account can be awarded points when the member settles their invoice using the payment card registered on this website. As a member, your account can be used to earn and redeem points in accordance with these terms & conditions. A member can register on this website free of charge for points earning and voucher redemption at Meldrum House Country Hotel & Golf Course. Members can access their account information after registration on this website.  Points earned are non-transferable. Meldrum House Country Hotel & Golf Course and the reward programme operators, Inspire Loyalty Ltd, will not enter into any dispute concerning points awarded or redeemed and assume no liability whatsoever to damages claimed, infringed or caused by participating in the reward programme named as Meldrum House Rewards.


      Should you decide to cancel membership, please advise by email to admin@inspireloyalty.co.uk. On cancellation any voucher not used will become invalid and points awarded will be nullified. You can also remove your account under the My Account option when logged in. Your reward account will be closed, and all registration and transaction data will be permanently deleted from Meldrum House Rewards programme and the data server.

      Restrictions and Limitations

      Redemptions are at all times subject to availability. Meldrum House Country Hotel & Golf Course does not guarantee to be able to offer rewards for any service redeemed.

      Points will not be awarded for Spend on:
      (i) Rates booked through 3rd party online retailers including but not limited to: Lastminute, Expedia, Orbitz, Booking.com, and Laterooms.
      (ii) Wholesale/tour operator packages
      (iii) Weddings and private party bookings
      (iv) Golf membership subscription and golf course green fees

      Bookings made at preferred Meldrum House Rewards member rate is only applicable to individual leisure guests who book direct with Meldrum House Country Hotel & Golf Course reservations department or at https://www.meldrumhouse.com/. Meldrum House Rewards rate is not applicable to any reservations made by travel agents, tour operators or companies.

      Meldrum House Country Hotel & Golf Course reserve the right to change programme benefits and/or membership levels at any time.
      Membership is awarded at the Company’s sole discretion.
      Customers must be over 18 years of age to participate.
      Employees of the Company or its agents are not eligible to participate.
      Only one membership of the reward programme per person is permitted.
      Membership, points and rewards (excluding vouchers) are non-transferable.
      It is the member’s responsibility to update their profile online or inform of any changes to their details, including but not limited to, their change of name, address and/ or email address.
      In the event of death this will result in cancellation of loyalty membership and forfeiture of any available points balance.

      The Company reserves the right to refuse membership or to cancel any membership and revoke any and all unredeemed points collected by any member for reasons including, but not limited to, fraud or misuse of their membership and/ or any violation by the member of these terms and conditions.

      Some employers may prohibit or restrict employees from participating in reward programs such as Meldrum House Rewards. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for compliance with any such policy which a member’s employer may operate.


      The member is responsible for the payment of any tax due in respect of any reward. All terms & conditions are in conjunction with our supplier Inspire Loyalty Ltd.

      By participating, loyalty programme members agree to these terms and conditions.
