Taste of Aberdeenshire
Our Executive Chef, Alan Clarke, has grown a partnership with Grace from Aberdeenshire Highland Beef, he has crafted his own distinctive dish called ‘Grace’s Lamb,’ utilizing Scottish Black faced Lamb that is raised on the Banchory farm.
This exceptional event offers more than just a delightful three-course meal. Each course will also feature captivating cookery demonstrations, fostering plenty of interaction among diners, shared laughter, and an overall relaxed, informal, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the evening.
The event is priced at £55 per person and you can enjoy a £10 discount for loyalty members. Over 18s only. Arrival at 6pm, Saturday 28th October 2023.

Once you’ve checked in, join us between 2pm and 4pm for our special cream tea. In the evening, enjoy a chilled glass of champagne which we will serve with luxury canapés at your table before our special three course dinner. After dinner, enjoy tea or coffee with homemade petit fours in the atmosphere of the Cave Bar or Drawing room.
Christmas Day
Wake on Christmas Day to a leisurely full Scottish breakfast before heading off to open your presents and spend time with family or friends. At lunchtime join us for Christmas Lunch in Pineapple Grill & Seafood Restaurant. In the evening, enjoy sandwiches and savouries in the Cave Bar and Drawing Room.
Boxing Day – ADD ON A NIGHT FROM £185 PER PERSON
If you are making the most of your stay for a 3rd night, then we have lined up something very special. Our Executive Chef and his team will be doing a demonstration, creating some stunning dishes, talking you through each one and giving you the chance to sample his creations along with a wine tasting. After a relaxing afternoon enjoy a special evening with our ‘Taste of Aberdeenshire’ dinner.

Our Executive Chef and his team will be doing a demonstration, creating some stunning dishes, talking you through each one and giving you the chance to sample his creations along with a champagne tasting. At night enjoy a 3 course dinner in our Pineapple Restaurant.
2nd of January
Depart after a full Scottish breakfast unless you are staying with us a 3rd night where you can take advantage of our January Sale and enjoy dinner in Pineapple Grill and Seafood Restaurant in the evening for an extra £149 per person.
